The house is located on a plot with a strong elevation difference, which is normalized with the organization of the surrounding area in green steps. The entrance is from the northwest side of the building, leaving free its main face, so that the view offered by the location of the plot is utilized from the whole interior. The main volume of the building is developed on three levels above the ground, with living rooms on the ground floor, bedrooms on the first floor and an office in the attic. Each space has access to its own terrace, offering a variety of openings and privacy. The palette of materials that make up the physiognomy of the building give an urban and modern character both inside and outside. Great emphasis was placed on the integration of the interior with the exterior, where the pool is located. A concrete pergola connects the entrance to the rest of the house and the pool area, creating a semi-outdoor area in the living room.
