The seven-storey residential building in the area of Nea Smyrni consists of a main rectangular building volume, which ends in the prismatic volume of the roof. A second "skin" is wrapped around the main volume, which consists of a composition of balconies and architectural protrusions. The dialogue that develops between the outer skin and the inner main building volume, as well as the combination of different qualities of surfaces creates a sense of disintegration of the total volume, an architectural movement that aims at a lighter visual effect. The building houses seven independent residences. On the ground floor there is a maisonette with a loft and exclusive use of the garden, from the 1st to the 5th floor they are developed by an apartment on each floor and on the 6th an apartment to which the attic is attached inside the sloping roof. The basement houses auxiliary uses and underground parking of the properties.
